"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part. "Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like.
