"I originally called the company that did my regular maintenance less than a year ago. They told me they couldn't send someone out for 3 days! This in the middle of a cold snap. When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part.
