"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"New refrigerator purchased and in process of removing old unit found that copper water line was crimped badly.  I also wanted the saddle valve at source replaced with a more reliable vale, so I called HL Bowman for estimate on a Thursday.  Quoted price of $40 travel fee and $75 per hour was most reasonable among the high quality providers, and plumber came out on Monday.  He worked thru a slightly challenging installation with ease, with a lot of running up and down to basement.  Had a new valve and coiled copper wire installed in about 90 minutes.  Not cheap but work done at a much higher level of quality than before.

"I originally called the company that did my regular maintenance less than a year ago. They told me they couldn't send someone out for 3 days! This in the middle of a cold snap. When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part. They came back in a few days and repaired the boiler zone controller."

"My water heater started leaking in the evening. I tried calling a few local plumbing companies in the area. No one returned the call. I left a message for Dynamic Plumbing, shortly after a few minutes my phone rings..I was surprised, it was the plumber from Dynamic Plumbing. He went over the options over the phone and offered to come out the same evening. Upon agreeing, He arrived at my house with protective face covering and gloves. He worked quickly and stopped the water to prevent any further damage to our belongings in the area. He was very courteous and polite. Upon our agreement he provided the timing which they will be arriving the following day to install the new water heater. It was surprising that he arrived earlier than the time frame window I was provided with. He was very professional and had his mask, gloves and boot coverings on throughout the entire installation process. The work area was left much cleaner than I had prior to start of their work. "Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like. He has an amazing attention to detail, meticulous, and puts safety above all else. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing!
