"We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "2020 Recommendation for Len Gibely Contracting Dear Brian Dobbins and Crew, I got more than what I paid for with Len Gibely Contracting! I engaged Gibely in October of 2020 to replace my roof, gutters, siding and more. In a world where everyone makes you feel like a number, Gibely clearly gave you a family atmosphere on the job site. Two words,...they cared! Brian Dobbins (owner), Jeff Northcott (general manager) and Deb Dwinnell (office manager) were a pleasure to deal with. They were easy to reach, and they were willing to adjust for certain changes we had asked for. Brian's experience helped us decide on the roof color (and quality) and gave us valuable suggestions regarding the siding. Never did I expect siding to look this nice, and this real (like wood). The crew was always on-time, polite, clean and most of all, professional throughout the job. It seemed like they never stopped working. They were on the job site early and left as late as possible. No one was hanging around, everybody was working and doing their part. My yard and driveway were cleaned daily. Myles was extremely neat. Craftsmen to detail, and no hidden costs or secrets. Our Job was finished on schedule, and they were able to accommodate a time frame that I thought was not going to happen. The aftermath of COVID-19 in 2020 left many of the surrounding warehouses with little to no stock available for projects. Len Gibley Contractors worked very hard to acquire the products needed. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Reading the other reviews I'm a bit horrified and thinking about going up and checking by myself, though the roof is pretty steep so I rather live... but we had overall great experience. Quick appointment, believable explanations and the price seemed to be right (we didn't bring anyone else to quote, so cannot state if for 100%). The roof itself seemed to be reasonable, but then we added the chimney cap and that was quoted at $1500 and then lowered to $1200. Is that the right price - I do not know, but since they were already on the roof I assumed asking them is easier than looking for new contractor. The dumpster was left couple of days over - which made our life a bit difficult since it was taking our drive-way, but it was promptly removed upon request. Honestly - I'm very happy with the job and I think I will call them again if I had another roof. One more thing - read very carefully the financing agreement if you financing. I read it and we decided to opt out of it and just pay by credit card. Pretty scary."

"Dylan was responsive, fast, courteous and professional. He came out quickly to perform a no cost estimate for the roof cleaning job. I had a lot of moss growing on the roof. He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. Most importantly, Dylan showed up as promised did the work and cleaned up. I was very impressed with his work ethic and commitment. I will definitely hire The Roofing Co. NH again."

"I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process. They showed up when they said they would and he came with a large crew and got the work done in one day and it was hot! They did a wonderful job and did more than they had contracted for.
