"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"I couldn't be more satisfied with the continuing work done by Diorio Builders. All negotiations with them are fair and transparent. They have years of expertise in multiple areas of construction and can speak to you either in "construction " lingo or dumbed down common speak. Their finished product is superb and their focus is clearly on providing customer satisfaction. All my inquiries have been responded to timely and their design background was invaluable in the complete gut of my 1st floor bathroom. They are resourceful quick thinkers who can resolve all unforseen issues that arise. For example, when they were demo-ing the bathroom floor they removed 3 layers of old vinyl flooring only to find joists that had disconnected from the foundation. Rather than taking a shortcut by just laying down a new 4th floor, they reconnected the joists to the foundation and installed a buttress support system in the basement underneath. They could have charged me alot more for doing this but the cost was minimal bcuz they are intent upon providing the best product possible to the customer. Diorio B+C has also established very efficient relationships with a team of plumbers, electricians, masons, and HVAC professionals who coordinate superbly with them. I receive weekly texts from them with a schedule of arrival/start times for various projects. After the workday they spend time vacuuming and cleaning the worksite thoroughly. Also very impressive is the confidence and pride that they exude in doing their work."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. "Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.

"Pedro and crew were great. They showed up every day on time and worked throughout the day. I was not home all the days, but we easily coordinated them getting into the house and locking up when done. I felt my house was in safe hands while gone. When I was home they were respectful and pleasant to chat with. They were careful to protect my new hardwood floors and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was excellent. As you can see from the description, I had them do a lot of projects. I initially was only going to have them do the trim. But I was impressed with their work and Pedro was helpful about providing estimates and suggestions along the way so we greatly expanded the project. Even with all the extra added work, there was no delay in scheduling work days. Pedro was helpful in working within my budget and even did a couple of small things without charging like fixing a stuck door. It didn’t take him much time, but that’s the type of mentality I look for in a contractor! Pedro was great about ensuring I was happy with the work. We did a thorough walk through and he fixed up a few small things I had issue with without complaint. There was one small fix that we didn’t get to prior to me leaving the country for three weeks. I had already fully paid so it would have been easy for Pedro to just move on, but HE reached out to me when I got to schedule the work. He was great to work with and I would definitely hire him and his crew again."

"I hired Cowboy contractor to replace our existing entry with porcelain wood plank tile. The contractor came in and removed the hardwood floor and prep it to lay the tile. He also cut down the entry door trim and reinstalled it. Excellent work done by this contractor and I would recommend him. I definitely would use this contractor again to do work at my home."
