We had the rubber membrane on my mansard roof replaced by De La Rosa. The staging and installation process was well executed and well-planned by Arsenio. During installation, we had a problem with the chimney. Arsenio gave us some expert advice and resolved the issue expeditiously. We are pleased with the price, service, timeliness and the final result. I highly recommend Dele Rosa roofing. Great job!

For your new roof I highly recommend Dela Rosa. Arsenio was so easy to work with. I'm very happy with the result and have a new roof to last a long time in Lynn weather. They provided the most fair and complete assessment and plan of all those I contacted. Their work was timely(one day). they used the best materials and there was a complete cleanup of my property.

I recently had the roof on my garage replaced. I must say if contracting experiences where like Dela Rosa. I would definitely consider doing more work to my home. We needed some reflashing, shingle patches, a roof vent and chimney repointing. Manny gave a quote on the spot and was able to do the job within the week. His crew arrived on time and finished by the end of the day. He provided photos of all the work before and after since I couldn’t go on the roof to check. I easily recommend De La Rosa Roofing for any roofing needs and will be calling them the next time we need a fix.

Came when they said they were going to come. Did the work, replacing half the main house roof so solar panels could be installed over a 25-year roof, and tidied up afterwards. Good price.
