We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any future projects!

My call was answered by Becca; friendly, professional with a clear voice and excellent volume. She answered my questions and made my appointment within days. Rick came to my home to give my estimate. Utmost knowledgeable, professional and was very easy to talk with. He never rushed me and answered all questions. That in itself sold me as I felt confident that the job was going to be done right. Derrick was our site manager. He came with the crew and was very detailed oriented when telling us what was going to happen and he did it every step of the way. Very respectful and very professional. You want something done right and be able to sleep at night. Beantown is the ONE!!!

We were in need of new windows and siding for our home. We did some research and asked friends for recommendations. One company kept coming up - Beantown. We contacted Beantown and scheduled an estimate. Jim Delprete came out and sat with us and talked about all the options we had for siding and windows. He was very transparent with the pricing and everything it included. After careful conisderation, we decided to with Beantown. Jim made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Each step of the process was expertly scheduled. The installers arrived on time (and sometimes early!) and were the extremely professional. The job site was cleaned up every night. Jared and his crew installed the new windows. They carefully put down plastic sheeting to minimize any dust and debris. They expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They did this with professionalism and as minimal of interuption as they could. Estuardo and his crew installed the new siding. They were an amazing team. They worked from 7am and some nights did not leave until almost 6pm. They were courteous and professional. We were amazed at how clean the job site was every night before they left. Every day they showed up ready to work and with a smile. We cannot say enough great things about Beantown. We could have gone with someone cheaper, but we knew we would not get the quality and craftsmanship that we got by hiring Beantown.

Beantown scoped out, and replaced our roof this winter. The project manager was extremely detailed when going over going over all of our concerns, and warned us of any potential problems we could run into (1960's house). We had venting issues with our attic, and Beantown provided a solution to resolve our air flow issues. They also added aluminum coil sheathing to the rake boards, and cut back the roof overhang on the rear entry for us. The project manager provided progress photos while the construction was on going using a drone to keep me informed and close up views of any problem areas. The crew was very detail oriented, and cleaned up extremely well after the project.

From start to finish I was very impressed with their professionalism. They explained the products being used and provided Consumer Reports ratings on the shingles, gave references, did all the leg work on permitting and got the job done before the agreed timeline. We cannot say enough good things about Beantown Home Improvements. From start to finish, the re-roofing of our home and shed was a stellar experience. For starters, Dan, the Project Specialist, is awesome! He is not only a truly nice, genuine person, but also a truly excellent ambassador of the company. Dan was right on time for his first visit to our home and always sent a text to let us know he was on his way for subsequent visits. He sincerely listened to our concerns and needs and then gave us several helpful suggestions and possible alternatives to achieve the outcome we wanted. He carried out a thorough inspection of our roof, attic and shed, answered every one of our questions and left us a number of shingle samples to consider. We had a couple of other companies come and look at the house previously, but none could compare with the Beantown experience. Dan stuck to his word and unlike another company that never followed up with their estimate, Beantown followed through, allowing us to gain their trust with a very reasonable estimate. Derek, the Project Manager, was also terrific. He kept us informed, telling us what to expect and when. The dumpster was delivered right on schedule, the day before the job, and Derek kept me posted on when the crew was arriving the day of. Derek orchestrated the crew like a seasoned conductor. I was amazed as to how smoothly everything went. One of the things we asked Beantown to do was to replace the trim on our shed with PVC – they did a great job, but the crown jewel was the rebuild of our cupola, whose wooden base had rotted. Derek, mapped out a plan that was carried out by his crew with an outstanding result – it looks beautiful! The job was completed by 5:30 PM and the cleanup was amazing – it was like they had never been there….and the dumpster was picked up the very next morning. I did a walk around the next day and only found one nail – unbelievable! Not only do we highly recommend this company, but we have hired them to rebuild our front and rear decks. Looking forward to another stellar experience!

As I was looking for a company to do my roof, I didn't want just anyone. I wanted someone who would take care of my needs and to replace old with the new. Beantown informed me upfront all the expectations. If there was something needed to added like payment because needs more support, Beantown would tell me along the way and not after the fact. If your looking to get a new roof, Beantown is your place to go. They are fair and reasonable and understand your needs. There is no question to Big or too small that they can't answer. I am an extremely satisfied repeat customer of Beantown Home Improvement. For some time now, my wife and I had been contemplating adding a portico to the front of our home. We had previously used Beantown to replace our roof, attic vents and trim work and were very pleased with the job. So, earlier this year when we ran into owner Jim DelPrete at the Hanover Home Show, I approached him with the idea. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. He came to our house, discussed options and importantly listened to and took into account our questions and needs. He soon returned us a detailed proposal including drawings at a reasonable cost. We readily accepted. I can not more highly praise the work done by the construction team. Project manager Brian arrived early every day and always kept me informed about what was being done. The crew, including Patrick, Ian and Scott are all highly skilled professionals, friendly, open to questions and careful of our property. The quality of their work is exceptional, a high point of which is the barrel ceiling. Upon completion they throughly cleaned the area and removed all debris. We love the finished product as it has greatly enhanced the appearance of our home. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Beantown.

From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Our experience with Beantown was a fantastic one! At our initial visit with Jim, we were given great options and advice. We started our 3 step project by replacing 2 sliders on the back of our house. This was followed by step 2 which involved stripping off all the old curling cedar shingles. The house was wrapped tight and finished off with a beautiful natural clay colored vinyl siding. This phase was finished in an amazing 5 days!! The 3rd and final stage was a tear down and replacement of our 2 decks. Our sun filled backyard was the culprit in destroying everything made of wood! Our new decking was an Azek English Walnut, which was accented with white premier railings and risers. The crews we had for each phase were very professional. They started each day promptly at 7am and finished the day with a complete cleanup of the work area. We would like to give a special shout out to deck crew Brian and Pat! They worked so hard through many days of New England weather, and were so very kind to our Grandchildren! We were so pleased with our experience with Beantown, we are sure you will be too!
