"Hugo, the owner, was very accommodating. I had a badly leaking flat roof, which is a small section of my entire asphalt, gabled roof. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate.
