Service went excellent . Jack and Mike King did a wonderful job, they were pleasant and was reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody. They knew their job ,they knew their work, and I would call them in the future. I would give them a 10 star if I could.

WARRANTY NO GOOD. June 2019 Hennelly did some repair on my slate roof. It looked good and I was happy. He said it had a 2 year warranty. But in Nov 2020 we had a new leak same place as before. Joe Hennelly promised me many times since on the phone to schedule a look and a repair but now, after 5 months, zero action and I give up. WARRANTY NO GOOD WITH THIS GUY.

Have had them before. They are great. Lots of delays before they got here but when they did they did a great job. Including rolling up my extension cord in a perfect circle after they were done. Easy to deal with, competent, fast and clean!

Great team to work with. Punctual, fast. Received a call from the owner after the job was completed, thanking me for the business. Very nice touch.

Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall.

Hennelly & Son sent Jack and Mike and they went above and beyond! They not only cleaned the gutters but also took time and care to listen to my concerns and addressed as needed. Whenever I asked them to look at an area again, they did so without any hesitation and said their goal was to make sure I was satisfied. It is hard to explain the excellent level of service they provided in words. There is good customer service, then there is great customer service, then there is best customer service and then there is Hennelly and Son! And they are so friendly to talk to. I would hire Hennelly & Son again and also highly recommend Jack and Mike. If there was a higher rating than A I would choose that.

Joe Hennelly and his excellent crew did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, from start to finish. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the experience dealing with Joe and his crew was top notch. Highly recommended!

Joe responded quickly. He did the necessary repair at reasonable price and explained what went wrong. Another larger roofing company wanted to replace the whole roof. Joe is honest to tell us that the roof is in overall good condition. Only a section needs to be repaired due to the damage from a poor de-ice job years ago.

Great service. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned and inspected the gutters and downspouts. They confirmed that they were in good working order.

Couldn't have been happier. I called the company at 7:10 and the crew was at our door one hour later. We had thought that the downspouts needed repair but they found only sludge which plugged up the downspouts in three different areas. They checked out the gutters and downspouts and cleaned them. Am glad we found Hennelly.

I had a roof replaced on m detached garage including all wood. Also had a small flat roof replaced. Both were in bad shape and for the flat roof that I had to redo the joists and outer wood. I have used them twice now and in both cases they were very responsive to phone calls and was able to schedule both jobs very quickly. In both cases they took their time to make sure the underlying surface/wood was replaced and fixed prior to roofing.

Hennelly responded quickly to my request for services, came to do the work within a few days of the request, arrived promptly and did a great job. What more can you ask for?

Joseph was very friendly, professional. He came check out the problem and gave me an very fair estimate. On the day of the job was done. He showed up early get the done before the rain started. He went a step further to fixed a gutter nail that was popping out on other side of the house. Thanks Joe.

Very easy to contact, we discussed what was needed. Estimate was performed using aerial (satellite?) photos, and was in line with other estimates. He used Timberline shingles, and gave us a broad selection of types and colors. We arranged a date, and he communicated promptly about what was needed. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof was completely removed and replaced in one day on Saturday. Joe was there all day, and helped install the trickiest portion of the roof. He took videos so we could see the work, including wood replacement where needed and inspect the final job. Cleanup was excellent.

They came and did it, and asked me to pay the same amount as the prior year. While they had to reschedule a few times due to extreme cold, they called to let me know. Because they had been at my house before they didn't require that we were there.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and did the job well. Looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process. They showed up when they said they would and he came with a large crew and got the work done in one day and it was hot! They did a wonderful job and did more than they had contracted for. A few weeks later we had a small leak. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. I am a trustee for a small (eight unit) condominium association. Dealing with Joe, Joe Jr and his team was a great experience. They were all friendly and professional. It is evident that Joe and his team prioritize great customer service and quality of work. In one day my roof shingles (~1,300 sq. ft.) were replaced, gutters were cleaned and my yard cleared of all debris. Domenic and team did an amazing job. I honestly have no complaints. While they did not give me the cheapest quote, they certainly were not the highest either. I bought my two family house 13 years ago and the previous owner had roof work done that was less than par. Needless to say, I had many issues with birds and squirrels over the last decade, due to unsecured fascia board around the house. When Domenic and team starting opening up the fascia to redo and secure it, they found a lot of issues with the previous roofers work. The previous roofer never wrapped the fascia completely and they never secured it correctly. It looks like they did the bare minimum. And a home inspection would have never picked it up. Domenic and team were able to redo all the fascia board, install new gutters and down spouts. I will be using them in the future to maintain my roof, along with the annual cleaning out of the gutters. I highly recommend Hennelly & Son Roofing & Gutters to others looking for superior quality of service.
