We negotiated a few points and then went ahead. Ramon stuck to every detail of the proposal and his crew showed up on time to start the job. They appeared to be an experienced, excellent, hard working crew that knew exactly what they were doing. They started early each day and worked till after dark. And, Ramon's brother, Wilson, who was in charge of the crew, kept me informed through the whole process. They finished our very complex roof in just 2.5 days. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."
