We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we recently received. Ranch Roofing installed our roof back in 2012. Fast forward to 2025, when we had damage to our ridge vent, we called Ranch Roofing, and within 10 minutes had a call back from the owner, Bob. He said he would have it looked at and fixed, but to our surprise, in a matter of a few days, he sent his crew, who ripped the entire ridge vent off and replaced it free of charge. I wouldn't use any other company. Bob Sullivan, Roy Nagle, and the whole Ranch Roofing crew of professionals have reroofed my Arlington two-family house, fixed storm damage over the years, and just recently replaced the second-floor front and rear porches/roofs. It is beautiful. They are honest, accommodating, top-notch craftspeople, who really go out of their way to be customer focused. From start to finish I felt taken care of and was confident the work would be A+.

Ranch Roofing did an excellent job on my property in Arlington. They were on time on budget and left the site spotless. I have worked with Ranch Roofing for over 20 years and appreciate their quality workmanship.

Having worked with Ranch Roofing five years ago, I was more than comfortable in having Bob’s team (Todd and Ryan) come back out to finish the rest of the roof work on a large house. The initial job included not just a beautifully installed architecture roof but a skylight, removal of gutters and building out soffits. The most recent job was to complete the roof replacement on the second part of the house, take down the gutters and rehang them (under the roof). Once again, everything was quick and very clean. Ranch Roofing worked the schedule and coordinated to allow the siding team (O’Sullivans) to finish and then come back to complete the gutter work. Bob doesn’t usually do gutters but since the job required rehanging UNDER the roof, he insisted that the quality was up to his expectation and had it done by his team. The only mishap was a young tree damaged during the work but Ryan brought it to my attention immediately and offered to replace. I guess I should also thank Mr. O’Sullivan Sr for teaching his sons (Bob and Tim) on the skills and pride of their work. A nod to Todd for always being available for questions!

Excellent work. Estimate was accurate. Crew was very professional. Dumpster arrived before crew. Job started about 9AM and was finished about 1PM. My yard was left cleaner than before. Roof looks great! And no more gutter cleaning!

Everything about the job was professional from my first conversation to the clean up. They communicated well, were done (including clean up) in a day, and the job looked fantastic. Price was slightly higher that some others but I had confidence in their commitment to doing things well and professionally - well worth it. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service. From the first consultation through the job completion we could not have been more satisfied with the roof replacement. They performed some minor cap replacement on our ridge vents to carry us through the winter without leaks; volunteered to install a wildlife guard on our ridge vents at no additional charge; repaired much trim work that was already in tough shape; and the whole job was completed in two days. Truly impressive.

A wee rough going with the salesman, but the crew and the professional team were A+. The whole job took just 3 days and I was impressed with the follow-through by the workers and the professional team.

We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that.

Very personable reps and workmen. We had a patching job that looked small but took an entire day; we are very satisfied. Professional and skilled, this company cleans up the property beautifully, and they work quickly.

Ranch Roofing was incredibly responsive and communicative. Because of some damage that my roof sustained, they were able to prioritize my job in their schedule and finish the job before an incoming storm. The crew that arrived at my house were professional, friendly and highly efficient. They repaired damage, put on new shingles, ice & water shields, and edging. A crew of seven showed up with the skylights, the shingles, the vents, and a dumpster and did a first-rate job in one day.

I had Ranch Roofing replace a rubber roof in preparation for solar panels. They were super responsive, did great fast work, and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also called them when I had a small leak in a different part of the roof (where they didn't replace it). They came out right away, super friendly, and caulked around some pipes to fix the leak free of charge. Amazing!

Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. I highly recommend Ranch Roofing, and would hire them again (but hope I won't need to for a while!).

After some scheduling delays because of the very rainy spring, they came and efficiently completed the work by 3pm that day. The sales person had convinced us that there needed to be some ventilation changes in our attic, according to the specs set out by Owens Corning. We were reluctant because our roof has already efficiently resisted any ice dams. The project manager was helpful and the whole crew cleaned up effectively, although there were a few pieces of tarpaper on top of the tall hedges. I forgot to provide my coupon on completion, and they honorably accepted the coupon after the fact. Although one of the more expensive quotes we got, we were convinced that their attention to detail was worth it. We'll put it to the test next winter when we don't get any ice dams. (They were supposed to start work the day before, but it was raining in the morning. They forgot to notify us of the change and we weren't sure what was going to happen since it was supposed to clear in the afternoon. Their office processes need to be a little improved.) We found the team knowledgeable and responsive with followup on shingle choices and concerns we had about soffits, baffles, and ventialtion and what features need to be part of the roof.

Incredible service! I had squirrels in the gutter. After pest control came in and removed the squirrels, I needed to have the gutters closed really quickly before they would return. I called Ranch roofing in the morning. They squeezed me into their schedule and arrived an hour and half later. They closed off the hole in the leaf guard in about 10 minutes and because they did it so quickly, they felt bad about charging me so they said it's free! When does that ever happen in a time where just a house call costs $125? Thanks so much Ranch roofing.

Absolutely excellent!!! Very professional from the first sales visit until the last bit of clean up. Ranch Roofing brought in a large enough crew, which allowed them to complete the job in less than a day. It was amazing to watch how well the crew worked as a team. We are very pleased with the thoroughness and quality of the work. While not the cheapest option, we feel Ranch Roofing's price was fair and the real bargain was getting the job done right. They provided several extras (at no additional charge) such as installing a set of shutters that had been blown down, blocking unused gable vents, and repairing roof sheathing. They were also very careful with our plants and shrubbery. I would definitely hire Ranch Roofing again and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I would highly recommend hiring ranch roofing. My new roof was installed in a timely manner . There were no hidden costs . The installers were very polite, efficient and when they were done my yard was spotless. I found the overall experience excellent!

Aram came out to look at the roof and immediately made a repair of the leaks. He took photos and made recommendations. I told him that we'd need a second estimate. Ranch's estimate was less expensive and had an optional repair on a side piece of the roofing that the other firm did not notice. The work was done well with a lot of thoughtfulness concerning the placement of a dumpster given a tight drive way. We could not be more pleased by the quality of the job and the attentiveness to our needs.

I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company.
