They said that it would take 4 days and they would start on Tuesday. That's exactly what happened. It's their attention to detail that is so remarkable. The floor in the back of the closets received the same care as the living room. Each corner is perfect. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend Taozen Flooring."

"Everything went great and I would highly recommend RW Carpet and Flooring. Richard was prompt in getting back to me after purchasing the Angie's list deal. He made a quick appointment to come out to see the space and measure, and although he needed to re-schedule he called in advance to let me know. He accommodated my need to schedule for a Saturday morning and was flexible. Although the carpet/color choices were limited for the deal (something I wish had been a bit more explicit in the fine print) we ended up finding one that worked perfectly for this space. There was a small upcharge for it above the deal price, but he was very transparent and up front about everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. His installers came a little late to the appointment, but once again were very professional about calling in advance to let me know. Once they arrived they worked hard and were very professional. It's been almost a week now and we love the new carpet and have noticed no problems with the quality or installation. It was overall a very good experience.
