"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."
