My gutters were damaged as you can see from the pictures. The pro came in assed the work needed brought the supplies and finished the work in one day! Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the work needed. Price was fair and he worked with me. I would highly recommend!

This company was by far the best that I’ve hired, it was a wonderful experience . The foreman Luis was very professional, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the roof and gutter repairs. He made it clear upon completion he would want me to be satisfied with the work. He was always on site and did the final walk through with me to assure all was done right. The workers were all business and very respectful of my property and left little to no mess while working on the home. I am very happy with the workmanship and the materials used for this project. I highly recommend (one time construction inc) I will definitely be using this company for future projects on the home.

Luis and his gutter replacement crew did a fantastic professional job replacing old, rotted wooden gutters and replacing them with aluminium gutters. The replacement gutters were the same black color as the gutters they replaced, meaning that there was no loss of aesthetic visual appeal resulting from this work. The crew put in two (2) ten (10) hour days as they encountered a good deal of unexpected rot in the roofing frame behind the fascia boards.. This rot, of course, had to be replaced with new wood. Luis and I negotiated a reasonable additional cost to handle the extra time needed to accomplish this replacement that could not have been foreseen during the initial assessment on which the job estimate was based. On Day 2 Of the job, Luis supervised a clean-up of the entire area, removing all nails and scraps of metal. We are currently in process of our gutter and roof project with One Time Construction, and everything has been going so well! The owner Luis and the team are professional, and very, very detail-oriented. Communication has been clear, and the work so far looks excellent. I feel confident the final result will be great.

We are still working with Luis from One Time Construction to finalize the restoration of our historic home. Whether you have a job big or small Luis is the man for the job. We hired him to remove rotted wood gutters and install new seamless gutters. This project has snowballed into needing all rafters tails replaced and all fascia boards replaced, many parts of the soffit as well. Luis has been fantastic to work with, always finding the right solution. From adding continuous soffit venting and custom molding below the gutters to keep the architectural details of the house intact and to bring our home into the 21st century. Luis has also made custom moldings on the spot to replace areas of trim that had been damaged to age, weathering and rot. He has gained our trust completely to the point we decided to hire him to do our garage roof as well. He offered to add some beautiful touches to the roof with copper valleys and ridges to deter future moss growth. One Time Contruction 👍🏽

I hired this company to do a full roof replacement. They did amazing job . And promised me with a great roof. They tear up the old roof and installed a new roof same day. They also did my gutters. They cleaned up and left my home looking beautufl. Thank you so much 🙌
