John came in today on a holiday day to check my roof. He is a very honest man. He told me my roof is still good for another two years, and doesn’t need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend him for any roofing projects. Thank you John!

Overall it went great. John was down quickly after I first contacted him. He came out in person to give me information and confirm the online measurements. Between meeting him, reading the reviews online, and the impeccable warranty I felt very comfortable choosing him (the price was in the middle of the other quotes I got). The whole process took 3 real long days. Obviously it is loud and disruptive while they are working... but you only need a new roof once. I would suggest not parking in your driveway as there are a lot of people and trucks. At the end they cleaned up very nicely. They are a legit roofing company so they pull permits. Overall I am quite please for the job, cost, time etc.

The job went very well from initial design, selection and ordering of materials, municipal permitting approvals, commencement of construction with poured footings, removal of old decking and railings, and installation of new products. All Under One Roof gave me a quote and began work 2 weeks later. There were no extra charges or costs associated with the work performed. The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof.

Honest, easy to deal with company. No hard sell. Employees worked hard from 7:00 am until approximately 4:00 the first day and completed job mid day on second day. They covered house sides with heavy duty tarps to prevent damage to siding, etc. Price was reasonable and completed job looks great. Received many compliments already. Would highly recommend.

It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. All Under One Roof did an amazing job with my roof replacement. My roof was leaking for the last couple months so I decided before winter to replace. When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends.

Everything was smooth. Contractor called to make sure when to expect them and anything important about the work we should know. They laid tarps to protect the bushes and landscaping. They protected our newly stained deck and railings. The entire crew acted professional and courteous. The work was complete in a timely manner and the roof looks beautiful.

The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. in addition to the roof they also installed a a solar tunnel to supply natural sunlight to second floor. All work was completed and all the debris was removed. The work was completed in one day. This is the third roofing job that I have hired them to do and I was very pleased with all of the work.

After our initial contact here, Troy came out and gave me an estimate quickly. I found him professional and easy to talk to. After comparing his quote to others, we chose his company. His team came out and did the job in two days. There were no issues, they cleaned up all of the debris, and the final price came in exactly as quoted.

Excellent. To compliment a general home inspection, I contacted All Under One Roof to have a detailed roof inspection. John L. was very accommodating to my short notice request, arriving on time and spending a considerable amount of time (alongside a co-worked) going through the attic and visible portions of the roof for a comprehensive inspection. They spent the time to explain everything they found in great detail and terms a non-roofer can easily understand. I will certainly keep them in mind for quotes on any future roofing related work down the road.
