"July 2023 hired company to replace the roof. I noticed that vinyl in areas along the roof edges where it meets the roof was missing or displaced. I suspect because of movements during the roof replacement, that they were not securely fasten after the roof replacement. I did not have this problem before. Contacted LONG HOME PRODUCTS by email and telephone calls several times without any positive response to address my concerns. I was told that the product and workmanship would be professionally completed and guaranteed for 30+ years. I was assured that I would not have any immediate issues with my roof. THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE. December of 2024, after heavy rains and winds I found several displaced roof shingles from my new roof on my lawn. I again contacted the company with photos as evidence. In January 2025 I had my roof inspected and was horrified by the video images I received. There was image of a significant area of the roof where the roof shingles/covering were missing and clearly was not nailed down and installed correctly. A large area was exposed. (video evidence available). I AM STILL WAITING FOR LONG HOME PRODUCTS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES despite promises to return to residence. Unprofessional, workmanship of roof installation by LONG HOME PRODUCTS. I have serious reservations that they can deliver professional roof installation after what I have seen and experienced! I am still waiting. Customer service is poor. Website does not provide for ability to access a company representative that can address issues or follow up with consumers. Focus is on sales. This might be deliberate. No support after project really. Focus only on finance only and not customer satisfaction and well being. Consumers should make sure they complete a LONG research before considering this company as "things are not always what they seem." It is frustrating and I am continuing to pay on a loan for services I did not receive!"

Justin was terrific, personable and responsive, and was always on site or available. Crew and especially Foreman were excellent. "I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. The office staff was also great to work with! I got to meet them when I went down to pay the invoice. A 5 star experience from start to finish. Thank you LCT!"

"The crew replaced the aluminum flashing at my garage gable and it looks PERFECT!!! They cleaned up and the working area is spotless. They also cleaned my gutters and repaired some gaps at the gutter joints. I would definitely hire again"

"5 stars for the window replacement. Everything about it, and all of the various people involved (sales, measurements, installation, inspection) were fantastic. The installation team did leave some debris on-site, but the inspector took it away in his truck before he left. 4 stars for the siding work (subcontracted). They did a good job on a 90+ degree day. They did use some of our bricks that were being used as an animal barrier for our garden to level their ladder and didn't put them back. We also had language barriers that made the signing off process a littler longer. Some random metal pieces from the job were left in our driveway and boarders, but were easy to find before they did any potential damage to car tires. 1 star for the insulation work (subcontracted). The guy was supposed to come between 7-9 am, but due to a "communication issue" on their side, he didn't come until 12:30 pm. My wife took off work to be home to let him in, and had they told us he would be there in the afternoon, I could've been home and no time off needed. Punctual is supposedly one of their bill of rights. We wanted a radiant barrier put on our roof. He did maybe 70% and stopped, calling the job done. He also left a bunch of the fasteners on the floor of our attic and didn't take the time to cut off any excess material. My wife signed off on the paperwork without looking at the job (partially her fault), but the installer had her sign it on the first floor and made it seem like he was in a hurry to get back to PA where he's from. I called and complained about the job and sent photos and video. It was the end of the day, and I missed the call back, but there was no communication after. Without letting us know, it turns out, they are coming tomorrow between 10-noon. I only found this out because I called to complain about the gutter installation that was late and asked about a follow-up to the attic install. ZERO communication that someone was going to be coming, so now I have to take off of work again in hopes that they actually show up. It's not listed on the app that they tout as the greatest thing ever. 1 star so far for the gutter installation (subcontracted). The gutter installation was supposed to be done on Tuesday (two days ago, and a day after the siding since it goes on top of a portion of that), but then the app mysteriously updated itself to say Thursday (today) between 8-10 am. This isn't a huge deal since it's outside and no one needs to be home, but again, no actual communication from Power. At 11:30, we noticed that no one had shown up, so I called. It turns out, the install team couldn't source the black gutter materials, and so they'll have to do it tomorrow. ZERO communication from Power until I called them. The app even shows that they're still coming today between 8-10 even after I called and complained. It's supposed to rain today/tomorrow, and the manager assured me that it wouldn't do any damage to the siding that we just had them install. They have 10 bill of rights. They can go ahead and take off customer first, allocation, and punctual based on their descriptions. If you need windows done, I highly recommend them. When they try to sell you on other stuff, find someone else."

The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better."
