Guy was responsive, communicated about when he would arrive at the property, and was on time. Most importantly, he did a great job communicating the issue, what was needed to correct the issue, as well as the general cost of such. I will add that the job was done right, the first time. Rafael and his assistant were top notch and left the house and work area clean even at the end of the first day. I highly recommend them if you are considering a project.
