I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would "figure it out on the job", and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design. I chose Curtis because he was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, he offered me the right price for the project, and I could tell he would be easy to work with. I couldn't have been more satisfied. He installed new plumbing to the 2nd floor and a tub with shower head, toilet, and vanity in each bathroom. He also installed plumbing and a washer hookup in a new location and an ice line for the ice maker in the freezer. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and offered sage advice throughout the project. He was always easy to reach by text or call. And when I needed a pipe moved or fixture changed, Curtis would stop by the same day or the following day. You can't ask for a more dedicated plumber than that. I hope to have him on every job from now on.

Curtis did the plumbing for a new bathroom we installed. He was great to work with and gave very helpful advice throughout the project, something that was appreciated since the bathroom was in the basement and some parts were complicated. Dale and his crew are absolutely top tier. I have friends come look at the board they put together for our combination water heater / boiler, because it's so well organized and precise, it's literally beautiful. Virtually everybody who's been downstairs looks at it and audibly says something like "wow". They're incredibly thorough while being efficient and straightforward. If you don't actually need something, Dale is the first guy to tell you. But he's also just a really good, cool guy, and the kind of pro you want on your team. Having them back to do a handful of other projects, and would absolutely recommend.
