It went great. Shaun did an excellent job removing the stuck sink stopper and went to the pluming supply store to get replacement parts for it. He also replaced the sink stopper on the other sink because it was getting old. He replaced the toilet shutoff handle that was broken. He cleaned the 2 drains too. I will use them any time I have a problem.

I had problems with three toilets and water running somewhere in the house. They were able to find the water running and fix the leak as well as replace parts in 2 other toilets.

The pro did a very good job, and was professional. Everything was fine and he did not charge me for the materials that he used. However, he took 2 cigarette breaks, and I feel that I should not have had to pay for his cigarette breaks. He was here for 4 hours and and took 2 cigarette breaks...not at $150 per hour.

They actually come back after a couple of hours because of some leak I had and fixed it. I've used them on many occasions. We had good experience with them from the very beginning so I hired them again and every time they were just wonderful.

This is a plumber has decades of experience. He gave us an estimate then charged double of what he quoted. He charges for his commute. Not happy with the way he does business.

"[Member Name Removed]the customer that hired me to hook up a dishwasher. She fails to tell the whole story. The part she is leaving out she hired another plumber that didn’t complete the job, I wonder why. I gave the customer my pricing $200 for the first hour $150 every hour after plus materials. After arriving at her house finding that not only the dishwasher had to be installed but the drain for the kitchen sink which double the work. After completing the installation and the inspection by the Plumbing Inspector and giving the bill to The customers boyfriend he wasn’t very happy. When her boyfriend arrived at her house he was reeking of marijuana. He was screaming at me out of control which I was afraid for my life. I have been in business for 50 years and never experienced anything like this. The moral of this review if you can please all customers specially ones like these."

Horrible, 600.00 to pull permit and inspect, which was ok, then was charging 600, to change a 3 inch vent to 4 inch going into chimney, i could change in 30 mins if i was licenced, gf wanted to stop work, offered to return money, then said no, hes rude, very unprofessional, very expensive, i used him myself,25 years ago for a small p rtoject, price was ridiculous, vowed to never use this smuk again, gf got him off home advisor, google his name ,go on his website and read reviews, see for yourself, i wouldnt let him clean my toilets

"[Member Name Removed] was the guy that did plumbing work of an installation of a water heater for a customer that hired me to take out a permit for the illegal and poor workmanship that this jack of all trades did. I explained to the customer very clearly if the work wasn’t done correctly the money that I charged her would be for the permits and my time only. After checking the water heater installation that [Member Name Removed] completed they had to be changes on the fllue piping iand adding a blow off tube which will take approximately two hours plus materials. The extra work I proposed to the customer was $500 which is very fair. This guy leaving the review has a lot of nerve. You should be ashamed of yourself doing illegal plumbing work without a license poor workmanship."

Tony Gideika plumbing is the best and saved the day for me. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Mr. Gideika has many, many years experience as a master plumber and is a professional. I spoke w/Tony around 7:00 a.m. about my job I needed done ASAP and he said he'd call the inspectors @ City Hall and would get back to me. I received a call back by 8:00 or 8:30 and he told me exactly what the inspection office needed and said he was available for the job. He and his crew came by around noon & the job had been completed within a few hours. The apartment was left spotless and all trash had been taken away. If you're looking for someone easy to talk too and understand; an honest company who will answer all you questions; a person who will call you back when he said he would; a professional who will complete your job and list all repairs in an easy to understand format; then you need to hire ‘Tony Gideika Plumbing’ for all of your plumbing needs.
