"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises.
