During the work - Bob explained what he was going to do and checked in a few times; After the work - Bob was efficient, and cleaned up, leaving the site better than when he arrived and it looks wonderful. BMF Pressure WashingBrendon was amazing! He was able to give me a quote over the telephone and the price did not change from the original quote. He arrived promptly and explained everything he would do. He power washed an 1890 sq ft colonial with vinyl siding, a 12X24 ft wood deck and a cement front door entrance. The vinyl siding looks like new despite a significant mold buildup on the non-sun side of the house. We were so happy with his work that we booked him for next year (at the same price!!).- Claire T.

Bob will come by and help us with any job we need done no matter how small. He also recently installed a slider door for us which looks beautiful. His work is meticulous and high quality. Dharma Surface Cleaning - www.housewash.comDharma did an outstanding job at a great price. He clearly takes pride in his work and things turned out better than we could ever ask for. As an example of how above and beyond he went for us - we were looking to sell our house and wanted the exterior cleaned. Knowing this, Dharma got permission from our neighbors to clean up an eyesore on their property as well while he was at it. He did this because he wanted to make sure anyone looking at our house would see something worth paying top dollar for. This is just one example. There were many other examples of him going above and beyond when he heard the intent of the work. Honestly, I think he's worth much more than he charges. Real Painting & Home ImprovementReal Painting and its employees were easy to work with. From start to finish they worked diligently and while the weather didn't always cooperate, they came back to complete the job whenever the weather allowed them to do so. They were always polite and easy going, as we had to coordinate with multiple neighbors since our home is located in the city, to provide the workspace necessary. Carlos was prompt in responding to all communication and was very professional and accommodating, always doing the leg work and following pandemic guidelines. Carlos also provided the time to repaint the trim on our door since we didn't like the initial color we chose. Excellent! They offered the lowest prices of all the vendors I called. Ivan scheduled the work on the same day I made the request- quick and easy. They were able to accommodate a different time for the work last minute. The workers were on time, sociable, and very professional. They went the extra mile and drilled drain holes in the windows and then closed them up with silicone. I am thoroughly happy with the quality of work! I only wish they had a sign on their truck so my neighbors would know who they are. :-) I'll use them again.
