"Joe Montbleau is responsive, smart, hungry, and professional. Oh, and by the way, does excellent quality work. He is, in my opinion, the epitome of what a service provider should strive to be. If you are not in the mood for a white-hot glowing endorsement check out now because it only gets better from here. I had a plumbing EMERGENCY. As in it is December, I have tenants living in my building, and my boiler dies. Dies I say! Deader than Jimmy Hoffa. So I put the word out to a few places that I need a boiler stat. Joe contacts me within hours and goes to the house the next day. Day after that he gets me a quote. Speaking of quotes, his was excellent. Not the lowest, but by no means the highest. It was both very fair and quite reasonable given the circumstances. I went with him because I felt a high level of confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and was being very honest in his communications with me. I got several quotes (some of which were outrageous) and perhaps more than anything the feeling that I was not being worked over made me choose Joe. And glad I did! One valve was installed such that it was impossible to connect to it.

Technician mistakenly took my drill but returned it with apologies.  Also forgot one of his special tools at my house which was a hassle getting back to him.
