I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! They we're at my home the next morning with the correct replacement water heater and were ready to get to work. The father/son team from Coastal was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and had the job completed in about an hour. I was extremely happy with the whole experience, and they made a bad situation (leaking/burst water heater) right again.
