Hoffman and Kelly are FANTASTIC!! Great, Professional business. I 100% will use them for all my plumbing needs.

We had Hoffman and Kelley replace our water heater and could not have had a better experience! We got quotes from 4 companies and theirs were competitive. The thing that sold us on them though was Tom’s attention to detail and knowledge. As soon as he left, my husband and I knew we wanted to hire them. He set a high bar that the others failed to meet. Tom also was the team lead for the job. The other two were junior but totally professional. They covered our floors to prevent damage and got the job done in a couple of hours. We had the inspection a week later and the inspector was happy. I forgot to mention that Tom left us with the clear message that we should call them if we had any concerns or questions. I had a question one night and got an immediate response — who does that in this day and age?!!! Shireen and Erica in their office — that’s who! We could not have asked for a better experience. If you need a water heater replaced, call these guys… you won’t regret it!

I had NO HOT water so I called them and they happened to have a plumber in the town next door , The secretary gave me a quote which I agreed to and the men were there in about an hour . I lucked out ! They put in a new 40 gallon water heater within an hour . They were very professional and precise

We hired Hoffman & Kelley for two separate installs this year (2023) -a Weil-McLain steam boiler and a central AC unit. Hoffman’s owner, Jesse Lelievre, was great – honest, fair and interested in getting the job done right. His techs (John & Matt) were top notch and his office manager (Shireen) available at every turn. We highly recommend Hoffman & Kelley for all your HVAC needs!

Central A/C installed. a fully ducted system. John and Matt were the lead guys and most professional! Minimally invasive for such a large job. Job site visited by company owner, Jesse. Shireen was our point of contact at the office. Great team effort. Hoffman and Kelley will be keeping our business.

The plumber was there for all of 10 minutes max  hooked the stove up to the gas line and billed me $180. I was told there was a $140 service charge for showing up. I was so shocked that I called the main office to confirm. We have used them for many years but we won't be using again as their prices are not fair. This is something I could have done myself but for liability reasons wanted to have a licensed plumber do! I am very disappointed 

Someone came out due to a clogged sink and tub; of course the sink unclogged itself as soon as the plumber hit the garbage disposal then he went down to his truck to retrieve a plunger which he used on the tub.

We asked for an estimate on some other plumbing work including installing emergency shut off valves under 2 bathroom sinks and mixer valve installation for the guest bath (tub/shower) and master bath shower. He said he would need to have his boss come out to give us a quote on that and handed my wife a bill for $150 for plunging the tub.

One of the owners came out to review the work we wanted to have done (all the while he made it clear that he wasn't interested in the job as he made excuses such as how the water for the whole building would need to be shut off (garden style condo) and when I informed him that we had our own master shut off for just our unit, he stuttered trying to come up with other reasons why it would be difficult.

I called and spoke to Matt (I believe) to follow-up since it had been about 3-4 days and they had not gotten back to us with a quote as promised. It was at this time I asked how much they charge for a service call and I was told It's about $89 for them to come out and goes up to about $150 and I quote "if we have to flip a switch or something".

I very politely acknowledged that I understood and I was asking because my wife had just been billed $150 for the guy to plunge our tub and with that, he HUNG UP ON ME. I was in total shock at the lack of professionalism from the owners. I understand the guy who came out was doing his job and following company policy, but to have one of the owners come out and make excuses about how hard the job would be instead of just being up front and stating that they weren't interested in the job would have been a much better way to handle the situation. Instead I've told anyone who needs a plumber to avoid Hoffman and Kelly like the plague.

The last time I had a plumbing issue (which turned out to be my shut off valves for the shower were leaking), I called another company and had a much better experience which was the difference between night and day as the experience I had with Hoffman & Kelly.
