This review is for oil to gas conversion and Jeff has a wealth of knowledge from getting gas meter setup, inspection, and boiler and water heater installation. He and his entire team were very professional and hardworking and I am very happy with the service I received. Work was done as scheduled even when there was some minor hiccups during the process and they gave me a peace of mind and they handled and coordinated everything from start to end and I didn't have to look back nor worry.Sandy excelled with communication and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and received the top notch customer service and the great thing about this company is that their response rate is unbelievably fast and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule and they were able to give me a schedule within a month, and I am now well ahead and prepared for winter. Thank you again for all of your hard work, transparency, and quality service you had provided. I highly recommend this company.

He explained how they would design and install the new furnace and all the zones. He obtained new hot water heater at no additional cost as well as the available rebates. The quality of the workmanship, and the attention to detail is second to none. I contracted J Griffin to replace my old oil heating system and install an energy efficient gas boiler. Jeff and his crew handled everything. They removed all the old equipment, (including the oil tank), installed the new system, cleaned up everything, and they were finished in a day and a half.

I highly recommend J. Griffin Heating and Plumbing for any install, repair or maintenance needs you may have. Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. I placed a request through Home Advisor and received a call back from Jeff the very next morning. Jeff was at the house that evening and spent an hour or more with me explaining my options in detail and answering all of my questions. I inherently knew, from that meeting, that I was dealing with an honest guy. He spoke with pride about his family and that his wife and boys are key to the success of the business. I expressed to Jeff that I was concerned about the safety of my current furnace and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. They made room in their busy schedule and were at my home, ready to go, within a few days. They were clean, neat and caused very little disturbance to me and my family during the install. Jeff and the guys were friendly, polite and conscientious. When the job was done, Jeff took the time to educate us on how the the system works and what to look for. Sandy runs the office and was very helpful with the entire processâ ¦.from scheduling the initial appointment to getting the contract together to helping me through the rebate process. Top notch service. It was just a great experience from beginning to end. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys. They are the best.

Probably the best contractor I ever worked with. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and without any hassle. They replaced my 24-year old oil furnace with a highly efficient gas boiler and water heater. Jeff and team organized everything, including permits, the timing of the oil tank and boiler removal, the delivery of the different heating system parts and plumbing supplies and the gas meter installation. They worked very efficiently and left the place cleaner than it was before. I can't stop admiring the wall with the new piece of art of engineering I have now in my expanded basement! I would highly recommend J. Griffin Heating and Plumbing to anyone looking for upgrading their current heating system.

Jeff and his Team were OUTSTANDING !!! I had to replace a very old 45 Y.O. plus Oil furnace. After calling several other companies for a comparable replacement ( including my oil provider ), Jeff was the only company that really asked about my heating needs, plan for staying in the home and even reviewed some other options that would be best for me and my family. Comfort wise and financially. We agreed on a gas system and an installation date. d/t a sudden leak, Jeff and his team moved me up into there already crazy schedule to ensure that my family didn't have any serious damage. Jeff really walked me through the entire process to have everything ready and on time to meet the progression of the job. The job was complete in no time. Honestly cannot say enough good things! Jeff and his team were communicative, professional, and efficient. They really went above and beyond from doing a more complicated install to ensure better aesthetics to coming out on a Friday night to follow-up on an issue.

This is now my go to guy... we must have a complicated system because other people we have talked to had no idea how to do any repairs and Jeff came over the same day we called which was late in the day, took the time to look at the boiler system and came back the next day with what he needed and finished the job quickly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
