"This is my second experience with Joyce Plumbing and Heating. The first time was a new hot water tank. When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". "Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"The Technicians arrived on time (within scheduled window). We received a call informing us they were on their way. The technicians were very professional, took care not to track dirt into the house, explained what was done during the visit and the preventative issues they resolved during the visit. The cost of service is for the annual contract which includes two visits - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. $280 for PM service, $155 for HVAC Filter & UV Lamp replacement and $40 for Humidifier replacement pad. The next visit will require a charge for the HVAC Filter again (if we do not buy on our own)."

"Everything went smoothly. Even from the first time contacting them, they were always very responsive to all of my inquiries and helping me select the best ac and heating system. The team arrived on time from day 1 onwards and did everything to get the job done. They kept me up to date on the progress as well through out the installation. On the last day they showed me all the equipment they installed as well as how to run the thermostats they installed as well. We had a slight problem after about a week with one of the wires running the fan, but Keith (the owner) came out within 12 hours and fixed it. Everything now works as planned and we are very satisfied with it! I would definitely recommend them for anything for your heating and cooling needs."

"Our oil burner cracked and needed to be replaced. The burner heats our water, so we would be without hot water until we replaced the burner. Steve Chamber arrived quickly, provided a competitive quote and got the oil burner installed and our hot water restored within a few days.. The final bill was exactly what was quoted and they cleaned up after themselves, even removing the cardboard boxes. I highly recommend Chamber HVAC and love that it is a family owned and operated business!"

"My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"
