I had an outstanding experience with Jim, who replaced our old, leaking water heater with a new State unit. From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly responsive, showing up quickly and clearly explaining what would be done. The installation itself was seamless. The work was done efficiently and the basement was left clear of any sign that work was completed down there. On top of that, the price was more than fair, especially given the quality of work and the fast turnaround. I’m truly impressed and grateful for such reliable, professional service.
