"Gil from NE carpentry did a lot of work for me. The most impressive was that Gil worked with me to repair my interior front porch after a massive leak during a storm destroyed it. Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent. "My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."

I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. "Scott and his crew were absolutely fantastic and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Scott is incredibly professional, communicative, and prompt. Additionally, the budgeting process he uses is wholly transparent relative to other contractors we have worked with and we loved this approach of his. All in all we found working with Scott to be an absolutely amazing experience that you won't find much of in the Boston area--he is truly a real hidden gem of a contractor. The cherry on top for us was that he managed to get us in two months ahead of schedule!! We didn't have the largest job in the world to take care of, but it was a significant one in terms of the integrity of our house and a bit of an unusual one as far as finding contractors who had experience in dealing with issues of rafter spread. Due to the age of our home (pretty common in the Boston area), it was an improperly framed stick-and-beam frame from the get-go insufficient to support the heavy snow loads we get in the area and needed structural reinforcement in the attic to prevent the rafter spread from compromising the exterior walls of our home. Not only did Scott fully appreciate the scope of the problem quickly, he reassured us he had extensive experience correcting a number of these issues, and together with his structural engineer devised a creative fix relative to proposals from other contractors that preserved a significant amount of headroom in our attic should we ever want to finish it."
