They were easy to work with and took direction regarding specific areas I wanted to make sure were cleaned well while they were at my house. They also have cleaned things, I didn't even realize were so dirty! They are certainly trustworthy and regularly exceed my expectations, leaving my house sparkly and dust-free - which is no easy task. And they do all this for a very reasonable cost.
