Adrian Gunn renovated my small galley kitchen. Adrian is professional, thorough, an excellent carpenter, efficient, hard worker, excellent communicator- gets back to you asap or shows up when he is supposed to. I cannot say enough about Adrian. He was a pleasure to work with for my kitchen remodel in my small studio in Boston.

I am very pleased with the work that Adrian did - and even more so that he came right away and arrived on time! He sent me a written estimate and stuck with it. The job was to replace the balusters on my porch that had rotted - I had the new ones painted and ready to install. He took out the whole side and replaced the railings too - when we found some rot on the adjacent post, he replaced that wood too. The job was cleaned up and he was on his way in 3 hours. I would be happy to have him do more work in the future!

He put in a pull down attic stairs and two storm doors. He was prompt and thorough. Work was great and he cleaned up. Price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend him and use him in the future. Thanks.

Adrian has provided us many varied carpentry services, from fixing our previous contractor’s mistakes to constructing from scratch some sliding exterior barn doors, which involved a level of design, measuring/balancing and careful construction comparable to cabinetmaking. From carefully selecting hardware to consulting us on all the little details, Adrian has always made sure that the final result is just what we’re looking for. He’s always showed up when promised – don’t take that for granted – and worked both efficiently and creatively. It’s clear that he’s serious about delivering good precise work and making sure it’s solid and enduring. I would have no reservations about hiring him for any project, large or small.

Adrian was able to make our dream dining nook a reality and we are so grateful. The space required a custom design and Adrian made it look like it was always there including matching the existing base board design. The dining bench seat also provides us with some much needed additional storage.

Adrian did a terrific job finishing our basement. He put up walls, insulated them, put down vinyl flooring, added the trim, and put all the doors back in place. He was professional, very neat and tidy, came when he said he would and the whole job turned out very well

In 2021 we bought our first home, it was a fixer-upper! Our living room and dining room were separated by a bulky and outdated chimney & closet wall. We knew we wanted to knock that down and create an open concept area between the two rooms. Adrian was the first and only carpenter that came to mind for the job. It was definitely not an easy job to say the least. Our house was built in the 1800s so was very old. Adrian was able to put up a new supportive beam where the chimney and wall once was and he redid the flooring that needed to be ripped up. When the job was done, you would have never thought there was ever a wall or chimney there and that the rooms were open concept from the beginning. Adrian re-did the flooring and also patched up the ceiling seamlessly. Our friends and family who saw the before and after were so impressed! We highly recommend Adrian for any job - he’s reliable and knowledgeable! For any house projects, Adrian is always our go-to carpenter!
