Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. He was meticulous in his work, placing drop cloths down to protect my floors, and also keeping a bucket for the smaller trash.
