What we really appreciated was the fact that nothing was ever rushed and that communication and scheduling flexibility was awesome. Jonathan did his best to work around our schedule and was always prompt at replying to texts/phone-calls and overall communication etc. He even messaged us pictures of available fire insert options which not many contractors would do. He takes great pride in doing a solid and detail orientated job, in addition to dressing the area with floor mats and side screens to ensure our hardwood floors were kept clean throughout the entire project. After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also.
