They replaced our old brick pavers with new Unilock pavers, installed a new landscaping border wall, installed a new front walkway, and removed old shrubs. They cleaned up our mulch beds with new hostas, hydrangeas and arborvitaes and fresh mulch. They also added brand new sod in the back yard. It was a pretty big project that took just 2 weeks in the 90 degree heat. Alvaro was very communicative and provided recommendations when necessary. "We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"First had the salesman, Jimmy, come out to the home in early April, 2014 and take measurements, show us fabric and we decided on a size (16 x 10) awning.  We had first met Jimmy at the Novi Home & Garden  show and he was very professional, no pressure, and he gave us estimates at our home for several different size awnings.  The work was completed by two installers (Curtis & Alex) on 4/28/14.  The installers were prompt, polite and professional.  The awning was installed in approximately 90 minutes and looks great.  I have had one service call since the installation as one of the support arms was making noise.. I called Jimmy and he had a technician call me within 30 minutes.  The technician set up an appointment for the next week and inspected the installation which was fine and immediately took care of the noise issue by applying lubrication.  I have been very pleased to date and would recommended Marygrove  Awning.
