"Everything went smoothly from bid to the completion of the work. Their bid was 19% lower than the competitor, but the solution was the same. We couldn't be happier to have worked with Pratt. Bryan came out promptly, worked up the bid right away, and worked with us to find a convenient time to do the work, which took the better part of a day. The three-man team took great care to keep the room clean while working, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. The firebox was painted a matt black at the end, and looks terrific. We can't have a fire for a few days until the work cures, but I'm certain all will be well. We would definitely hire them again - in fact, we will, to do annual cleanings henceforth!"

"Rob came out to inspect our chimmey and fire place, however, we needed a cap put on the chimmey at this time. After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also. We were given what I'd call a reasonable price for parts and labor and agreed to have the work done.
