"On the hottest day of the year, our air conditioning unit experienced a malfunction. Eric visited our residence the following day and conducted an inspection of the unit. He identified the problem and provided me with an estimate for the necessary repairs. Eric is an honest and diligent contractor. His fees were exceptionally reasonable, and he executed an exceptional job replacing our air conditioning unit. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.
