"Main job was removal of whole house fan, install drywall and insulation, and paint ceiling. Also replaced old smoke and CO detectors and patched as needed. Job was completed within the week of initial contact. Estimate for job was reasonable, especially compared wih other estimates received. I especially appreciated that John provided thorough explanation of everything to be done. Will definitely hire this contractor for future jobs!"

"Joseph was incredible! I hired him to help move my couch, expecting he’d need to take it apart and reassemble it. Instead, he came up with an innovative solution to get it out through the window—something I never would’ve imagined. I was really anxious about the whole process, but he talked me through every step, stayed calm, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He was efficient, thoughtful, and truly skilled. "I highly recommend M3 Construction Company. Memo (the owner) and Kenny did a great job repairing various large and small drywall holes in our home (most a result of prior plumbing repairs). They also installed an access panel and a grab bar in the bathroom. Both Memo and Kenny were professional, polite, and did excellent work. I would hire them again without hesitation."
