"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. "Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "The plumbing on the lower level of my place went haywire a couple of weeks ago and there was a smelly overflow of water coming out of the drain where my furnace and hot water heater drained condensation.  I called Charlie in a bit of a panic and left a message.  I waited a couple of hours and called back, and he picked up to let me know he was working on another job and would call me back.  Charlie called back around 9:30pm and told me that the issue is most likely related to my sump pump.  I told Charlie I had to leave for work at a certain time the next day so he said he could come over in the morning.  In the meanwhile, he told me not to run any water on the lower level.  
When Charlie came over, he checked the electrical connection first, which was fine, and eventually found out that the sump pump had died.  So right away, he ran out to grab a new one and came back quickly to begin replacing the pump.  When he tested the new sump pump, it still didn't work, and he ended up finding a clog in the pipes.  He fixed that issue right away.  Charlie finished right by the time I had to leave for work.  
Throughout the process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some tips along the way, which was much appreciated by this first time home buyer.  It was nice to experience someone so thorough and nice... Plus, Charlie gave me a good price on the services.  It's nice to know he's close by, too.  I'd give him a call again if I ran into any other plumbing issues.
