"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "I would say it was between $400 and $500. He was really good, he was very competitive. We haven’t lived in our place yet since he did the work, but I’ve used it a couple of times and it seems to be working fine. I think I called somebody that day and he was out the next day. He looked at it that day and came out and did the work that same day basically. He was awesome! Punctuality was great, it worked out perfectly. The whole thing was an “A”, there wasn’t any bad part about it to be honest. I have referred him already. What he did exceptionally well is that he came out and looked at the problem and he offered up basically three solutions, that any of them would work. They were also viable, but he also came up with a fourth solution based off what I was looking for. So, I think he was just very thorough and understand as to what I was looking for.
