It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. Please be informed: Service call fee $75 (for technician diagnose and visit ), we’ll charge it if you won’t repair your appliance. But If you’ll hire us , we won’t charge for service call, we’ll charge only for repair. We don’t repair dishwashers, microwaves, garbage disposal,ventilation hoods . We DO repair : refregirators, icemakers, wall ovens, stoves,washer,dryers.

Aslan Appliance was amazing! Technician Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We had three different companies come before, and none could even diagnose our Wolf oven problem. Matt found the issue in just 15 minutes and fixed it after two visits ? totally understandable since parts for a 2004 Wolf oven aren?t always in stock. My wife and I are so happy and ready for Thanksgiving now. Thank you, Aslan Appliance, for the great service!

Tom came by to fix my Sub-Zero fridge after it suddenly stopped cooling, and he was great. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got it running again without any nonsense. He was polite, worked clean, and even gave me a few tips to keep it running longer. It?s been working perfectly since he left.

Viking Stove Repair
I had a problem with my Viking stove where one of the burners would not ignite, and the oven was not heating evenly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. Turns out the igniter was worn out, and there was also a temperature sensor issue in the oven.
He had the necessary parts with him, so there was no waiting for a second visit. The repair was done efficiently, and he tested everything before leaving to make sure it was working perfectly. He even gave me some maintenance tips to keep it running smoothly. Professional, knowledgeable, and great service overall?highly recommend!

The nice lady Michelle called me back within 2-3 minutes after I submitted my request. Ive been struggling with my dryer which wasnt heating up. I was scheduled an appointment right away, and tech came within 2 hours. So I didnt have just to sit and wait. John came on time according to the schedule, was very respectful. Explained me everything, showed the coils as well. Was very satisfied, thank you

I would highly recommend Allan. They responded quickly. The technician (Habib) identified the problem (motor) quickly. He even made a trip to his office to get a small part of a dryer that caused the motor breakage, came back later that day and replaced the part. Thank you for an excellent professional service!

As a builder myself I automatically take notice when observing work being perform on a jobsite or at my own home. Habib the young man sent to help with my issues was excellent in performing what was required as well as determining the issue and just a very nice, respectful person. I appreciate that greatly. He figured out the issue and resolved it in a timely manor and took the time to make sure he was correct in his assessment. He was. I immediately shared this with my contact at there office. I called for a repair and the technician came THE NEXT DAY! They also have an appointment window from 5-7 p.m., which worked so much better for me. He examined my 33 year old Maytag washer, and gave clear information, including a drawing, to help us make the decision not to repair. I would definitely work with them again.

Although my dryer is still waiting for the part to arrive and for Aslan to install it, I wanted to write a review to say how helpful they have been so far with diagnosing and also customer service. I called on Sunday new Year's eve day after discovering the problem with my dryer and their technician came out that afternoon to diagnose it. I called today (2 days later) to find out the status and they called me right back after leaving a voicemail to advise the part will be in shortly and then installed. I appreciate the prompt service and I'm sure that my dryer will be back up and running soon, thank you!

Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again.
