"After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Tim explained that tree roots should be killed off with copper sulfate and that seepage was likely the result of cracks in the foundation wall that are covered up by the drywall. He said a single leak can appear in multiple locations as it travels along the 2x4's anchored to the floor. We talked about how I could go about finding cracks. He showed me the machine he would use if I decided to have him clear out the drains and warned that the silt and debris may tear up my sump pump. His focus was on helping me understand what my options are, not selling me a service I may not need and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely call him back when the time comes."

"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "I would say it was between $400 and $500. He was really good, he was very competitive. We haven’t lived in our place yet since he did the work, but I’ve used it a couple of times and it seems to be working fine. I think I called somebody that day and he was out the next day. He looked at it that day and came out and did the work that same day basically. He was awesome! Punctuality was great, it worked out perfectly. The whole thing was an “A”, there wasn’t any bad part about it to be honest. I have referred him already. What he did exceptionally well is that he came out and looked at the problem and he offered up basically three solutions, that any of them would work. They were also viable, but he also came up with a fourth solution based off what I was looking for. So, I think he was just very thorough and understand as to what I was looking for. "We called Reliance to help us remove old copper piping and cap-off the supply lines before we took down an old shower stall as part of a basement bathroom remodeling project. Reliance was our only call to a plumber simply based on prior good experience with them. 
George arrived within 30 minutes of our call, assessed the situation and gave us an estimate. During the assessment he gave us some advice for how and where to run the supply lines to the future brand-new shower unit.  Once agreed on all the work to be done, he moved ahead with the work. He was tidy, cleaned-up after the work was done, and went around to every fixture in the house to ensure all the air was out of the water lines, no leaks where the repairs were made, and took his tools outside and finished writing the bill.
Before we settled on payment, he checked his work again and made sure everything was good. He reminded me of the warranty on their work and offered to come back out if there were a problem.
My only complaint - and it's a small one - was the price, even with the A.L. 15% discount. It's been a while since I last hired a plumber, so I had a bit of sticker shock. However, the value, service, prompt response time, and professionalism I received made it all worth it. They have secured my business for the next plumbing-related call.
