"One hour heating of lake villa went above and beyond. Furnace was making load noise when it kicked on. Completely obvious he knew what he was doing. They repaired it, checked for other signs of issues, and cleaned up the furnace. The cleaning was a job on its own since it has not been serviced or cleaned in about 8 years. Customer service was outstanding and understanding. It s a new home to us and in the past I always used to call the company with the sticker on furnace from previous owners. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city.
