"This was our second call to All Temp for service. Mike was our technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave some good advice on cooling our house, what to look for in the HVAC system in a new house (we are looking), and didn't try to up-sell me on things we didn't need. He was quick with his assessment and work. We'll be calling them again if we have HVAC issues."

"HVAC machine outside wasn’t working. Ricardo ? was so good at explaining & suggesting his expert ideas. There was a mouse & nest inside the machine & wires were severed. He removed the critter & nest & repaired the wires. All is working again. What a great guy he is!!"

Also, when my New HVAC System was being installed 2 Days After Duct Cleaning, the HVAC Contractors called Me into the Basement and Showed Me the Inside of the Ductwork just after Opening it: Tons of Debris Remained Inside! "Salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-pressure. Replacing HVAC units is never cheap, but their pricing was reasonable. Scheduling was easy. Furnace replaced as proposed, with no issues. Will be replacing AC in the spring."

"One hour heating of lake villa went above and beyond. Furnace was making load noise when it kicked on. Completely obvious he knew what he was doing. They repaired it, checked for other signs of issues, and cleaned up the furnace. The cleaning was a job on its own since it has not been serviced or cleaned in about 8 years. Customer service was outstanding and understanding. It s a new home to us and in the past I always used to call the company with the sticker on furnace from previous owners.
