"This was our second call to All Temp for service. Mike was our technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave some good advice on cooling our house, what to look for in the HVAC system in a new house (we are looking), and didn't try to up-sell me on things we didn't need. "HVAC machine outside wasn’t working. Ricardo ? was so good at explaining & suggesting his expert ideas. There was a mouse & nest inside the machine & wires were severed. He removed the critter & nest & repaired the wires. All is working again. What a great guy he is!!"

"Buyer Be Aware: If the Person doing the work tells You that you Cannot Use Your Credit Card (if After 5:00 PM), Do NOT Listen! Pay the Following Day during Business Hrs.!! Also, when my New HVAC System was being installed 2 Days After Duct Cleaning, the HVAC Contractors called Me into the Basement and Showed Me the Inside of the Ductwork just after Opening it: Tons of Debris Remained Inside! "They've put in a new furnace, water heater, AC, etc. They are very reliable, but not inexpensive. Everything they do is quality and they only work with quality people. I had a problem with the air compressor on our AC right after the warranty had expired. Cahill said that they work with that company all the time and that part shouldn't have gone out that quick. They said they would talk to the company and see that it is made right, and they did."

If you don't clean your AC evaporator coils, dirt and debris will build up, which impairs the system's ability to transfer heat. This forces the unit to work harder, leading to inefficient performance, higher energy bills, and frequent breakdowns. Over time, neglected coils can corrode, which may cause refrigerant leaks, or develop mold, ice buildup, and a clogged condensate drain, resulting in poor air quality and an uncomfortable home.

If the air coming from your AC unit is cool but never quite cold, there are a few reasons this might be happening. For starters, it could signal that your refrigerant levels are low. If there are no other indications of this particular issue, like hissing noises or frozen refrigerant lines, anything from dirty filters to damaged condenser or evaporator coils could be responsible for the problem.
