No hidden fees or language. Our representative was easy to talk to, made last-minute adjustments before the work started, and was available throughout the project. Each crew that came to complete the work were professional, kind, and had top notch skills. They were very tidy too- and cared about my three dogs’ safety. The project manager addressed all my questions and completed a thorough inspection with me post project. The warranty on work is best in class as well. I am going to use A&D for my future projects. We are a company service commercial, residential, and in the Chicagoland and Northwest area. We have offices in Schaumburg, and in Algonquin. We have over 60 years of experience. Not all of our work comes from Home Advisor. We can supply references if needed. Here is a customer: Roof done in Melrose Park (Here M Construction was great! All appointment times were kept, the price was more than fair, and the crew of workers who did the work was great. They worked extremely hard for two days on my roof and made sure that they left the jobsite as clean as when they arrived the first day. Chuck was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. "We has some storm damage from hail and high winds. Bob came out promptly and assessed damages. He, through his predecessor company, installed the roof 8 years ago. Although the shingles carried a wind damage warranty, Bob exhibited high personal and professional integrity performing repairs next day and without the hassle of filing a warranty claim, he said he stands behind his work and charged us minimally to make it perfect again. There are many contractors who can do the work, but integrity is defined by how people act when facing adversity. He ate the cost of this repair."

"I regret hiring this company. The sales rep was pushy and misleading about what was included ? I believed gutters, soffit, and fascia were part of the job, but later was told it was just a cleaning (which never happened). The crew left open holes in my roof on day one, and the ?one-day job? dragged into four days of loud, late work with sloppy cleanup and debris left behind. When they said the job was done, I found exposed nail heads, poor trim work, and granule loss on my brand-new roof. They had to send crews back multiple times, and I still had to hire two independent inspectors at my own expense. I was also charged over $1,000 extra for wood and for trim I didn?t want ? now I?ll have to pay to remove and replace it. Despite repeated promises from management that they would ?take care of me,? my calls, emails, texts, and photos went ignored after one brief call from the GM. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company."
