He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."

"I have hired Permaseal to fix my unleveled patio concrete floor that was and still causing rain water to get to my basement, I have paid them $2,014.33 as down payment, they showed up one month later for the job, which is injecting foam under the concrete slab to lift it back to its original correct level. I came back home that day to find out that they have left and that the concrete slab was not only still unleveled, but they cracked it and patched it on multiple locations. I have called their customer care number more than a dozen times in attempt to understand what is going on, and on each occasion, I was told that the project manager was going to contact me back, which never happened until i made the next call, They have finally explained to me over the phone that it was the best they could do and that they could not fix my patio floor. I asked for a refund and did not hear back. I have documented pictures of before and after showing that the job was not done and cancelled the check with the remaining balance. I have not heard anything back from them since then, until i started getting debt collectors' emails on December the 5th from a business called FCR Services."

We did and it was the best decision. We worked with Mike and he was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and walked us through the whole process.
