He came that night after I got home from work at 5pm and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. No surprise to me since it was 15+ years old. Chris worked a miracle and was able to get the pilot lit so I would have a warm shower in the AM. They came back the next morning and installed the heater. Very fair price and impeccable service!!"

The right psi for your well pressure tank depends on the tank’s pressure settings. For instance, if yours is set to 30/50 psi (which is common), the ideal psi is 2 to 3 psi below the cut-on pressure—in other words, 27 to 28 psi. The well pulls fresh water from an underground water supply, such as an aquifer, and the well pump pushes the water from the well to your household.

If your well pump is running continuously (meaning without turning off or stopping), it's a sign that your well pump is starting to break down. The length of time your well pump should cycle is dependent on many factors, like the tank size, pressure setting, and even the amount of water in your well. Generally, your well pump should cycle, or go from running to not running every few minutes.
