We were very satisfied with their work (exceeded expectations), and Craig is an excellent installer (that was most important to us). The ecobee was defective out of the box, and he reinstalled our old thermostat and was back the next day (as promised) to install a replacement ecobee. Everything works great."

"I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city. With Lowe's the price that was quoted was the price that I got! I will definitely use their services again!"
