"One hour heating of lake villa went above and beyond. Furnace was making load noise when it kicked on. Completely obvious he knew what he was doing. They repaired it, checked for other signs of issues, and cleaned up the furnace. The cleaning was a job on its own since it has not been serviced or cleaned in about 8 years.
