Tim responded promptly & was confident to try and see what's going on, first with his camera and then using a very small claw which could open up the line. Fortunately he was honest and right as he got thru the blockage and proceeded to use larger claws to fully rod out and clean the entire sewer line to the street, saving me a small fortune along with the aggravation dealing with the possible need of excavation and replacement of the sewer line. "I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"
