"Alfonso was extremely helpful. He found our clean out pipe quickly, identified the back up and was able to temporarily fix the problem. Before doing expensive, unnecessary work, he will return to take a video because the t-connection might be broken. They responded quickly and the services were affordable."

"Terrence Spranger was my plumber. His quote was fair. He was on time to the job. He replaced my hot water tank and shut off valve. He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. Unlike regular cleanings, snaking your sewer line should be done as needed. There’s no reason to snake your sewer line if you don’t have any noticeable issues, like slow drainage or plugged drains. You can add it to your regular sewer cleaning checklist as a prevention method (on the same 18- to 22-month schedule), but it’s not always necessary. 

The best way to unclog a bathtub drain is to pour a pot of boiled water down the drain, being careful not to splash yourself. However, take precautions, as boiling water can damage PVC pipes and joints. Follow up with ½ cup of baking soda and ½ cup of vinegar.
