"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."
