Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door.
